PRE SPRING RECAP: #soslovestories

Ever since I can remember I've had a weakness for watermen. From their chiseled physiques, to their seemingly mystical aura I've always been enchanted by their approach to live a life dictated by the ocean, tides, and swells. My romantic ties with them have taught me that falling in love with a waterman means falling in love with the ocean as well. These relationships have rarely ever felt like a partnership, but more of a threesome- meaning there's always him, the ocean, and myself as key players in the dynamics. I must admit this is a siginificant part of why I am as obsessed with swells as I am to this day. Swells bring watermen as much as they do waves. I've been Swell Obsessed for years now, chasing them wherever they go, hoping one day it'll grant me my perfect match- my very own pirate.

To help illustrate these daydreams of myself as a mermaid, enchanting a pirate into being my lifelong companion, I've asked one of our Sirens, CAROLINA, to join us with her real life waterman, Alex, to help us headline this initiative we have termed "SOS Love Stories." This collection was an ode to love, romance, and the most heartfelt of love stories...
